Formerly in the British Diplomatic Service and a
Foreign Office Spokesman to the world’s media. Served in British
Embassies in South Africa, Iran and Australia. Author of ‘Waves
of Fortune’, about the UK oil industry, published by John Wiley
and Sons in 1997, and two books on computer programming.
Since becoming a Director of the company, David
has organised emergency response exercises in all continents and
many industrial sectors.
David also writes a blog on simulation, and has published several academic papers and book chapters on the subject.
